BomaData is based in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the BomaData app and website.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, phone, email, role), farm and animal records you enter, treatment records entered by vets you invite, and basic device and usage data.

3. How we use it

To run the service, sync records between farmers and their vets, send reminders you opt into, and improve the product.

4. Sharing

Your farm records are visible only to you and the vets you invite. We do not sell personal data. We use trusted processors for hosting and messaging.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting info@bomadata.com. We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
