Yes. The record saves on your phone and reaches the farmer the next time you have an internet connection, from Wi-Fi or bought bundles.
The farmer sees the diagnosis, treatment, cost and any notes you mark as shared. Private notes stay with you.
Put a cost on a treatment and it is added to that farm's balance. Each farm shows what it owes next to its name, with a statement of every charge and payment, and your finances show the total owed across all farms.
Yes. Record each payment as it comes in, by M-Pesa, cash or bank, with its reference. The balance drops straight away, even with no network.
No. When you put a cost on a treatment it is booked as income for you. You only record expenses like fuel or drugs, and can edit or delete any record you added.
Yes. Each vet has their own login and sees the farms assigned to them.
